On Friday, 17 th of November, a workshop on the topic “Marine Litter” was held in Kotor, within the project UNEP&MAP Marine Litter, which was conducted by Institute of Marine Biology.
During the workshop, the results of this project, obtained by the implementation of two activities “Adopt the beach” and “Fishing for litter”, were presented. Also, together with the colleagues from the NGO Wildlife Montenegro, we presented the results of the promotional campaign we conducted in the previous period. In addition, during the workshop, the draft of waste management in the fishing sector and waste management on the beaches was presented, which was also one of the aims of this workshop.
